What is Mini 3agles?
Mini 3agles is a grassroots 3v3 basketball program designed to help young players transition from learning the basics to playing in structured team games — all while having fun in a fast-paced, low-pressure environment.
The 3v3 format gives players more touches, quicker decision-making opportunities, and greater involvement on court. It’s the perfect next step after Aussie Hoops or as a fun entry point for new players ready to start competing.
Our Program at Forestville Eagles Basketball
Is run by current Forestville Eagles players and coaches, Mini 3agles is designed to build confidence, teamwork, and game-play skills in a fun and supportive setting. Players are grouped by age and ability to ensure fair and enjoyable competition.

Pathway to Competition
Mini 3agles acts as a bridge between training and team basketball. It’s ideal for players who have completed one or two terms of Aussie Hoops or are looking for more structured gameplay before entering competition games.
After Mini 3agles, players are well-prepared to join a domestic team in the Southern Districts Junior Basketball League (SDJBL),
starting from Under-8s.
